While this is a sacred space designed primarily for women, we welcome men who share our values and wish to embark on this journey. Some sessions may be separated to maintain the safety and authenticity of our community. A minimum of 5 applicants is required to open a dedicated cohort for men. You can register your interest, and we will notify you once the threshold is reached.
Yes, the program is designed to cater to women at various stages of their entrepreneurial journey. Level 1 is perfect for beginners who are just starting to explore their business ideas, while Level 2 and Level 3 are tailored for those looking to scale or fine-tune their existing businesses.
On average, you’ll need to dedicate 4 to 8 hours per week to the course, depending on the chosen level. This includes time for live sessions, watching videos, completing exercises, and coaching. The platform also offers a collaborative space where participants can chat and share experiences, making the learning journey even more enjoyable. If you find the experience rewarding, you may naturally spend more time connecting with others in the community.
No, each level is not independent; rather, they build upon one another. Here’s how it works:
Level 1 is the foundational program, designed to help you clarify your vision, build your business structure, and gain essential entrepreneurial skills.
Level 2 includes everything from Level 1 and adds advanced features like deeper coaching, funding access, branding, and financial management to help scale your business.
Level 3 contains all the elements from Level 2, but with premium features such as access to exclusive immersive experiences, a 1:1 monthly coaching for 6 months, an additional marketing plan, and country representation in either Côte d'Ivoire or Switzerland.
Each level enhances the previous one, so you can progress at your own pace, gaining more tailored support as you grow your business.
No worries! All live sessions are recorded and accessible on the platform, so you can catch up at your own pace. We understand that life happens, and we want to make sure you don’t miss out on any valuable content.
Yes! You will have 1 year access to all the course materials, including videos, templates, tools, and recordings of live sessions. This allows you to revisit the content whenever you need it.

If you’re just starting to explore entrepreneurship, Level 1 is the perfect place to begin. If you already have an established business and are looking to scale or refine your operations, Level 2 or Level 3 may be a better fit, depending on your level of experience and business goals. We also offer discovery calls to help guide you in selecting the right level.

The Alumni of the program will be invited yearly to side-event of SITA à Genève in order to share their progression and nurture their connexion. It's a lifelong sisterhood in the making.
