Registration for a training course implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms of Use (GTU). These terms may be modified at any time; users will be notified electronically.

3. Access to Training Courses

Access to training courses is reserved for registered users. Registration requires the creation of a user account and, where applicable, payment of the corresponding fees. Once registration is validated, the user has access to the content according to the terms described in the course information sheet.

4. User Obligations

The user agrees to provide accurate information upon registration. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and the use of their account. Any attempt at fraud or misuse will result in the suspension or deletion of their account.

5. Intellectual Property

All educational content (videos, texts, materials, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights. It may not be copied, distributed, or used without the prior consent of the instructor. Registration grants personal, non-exclusive use rights.

6. Payment and Refunds

Training courses are subject to a fee, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made via WooCommerce. No refunds will be issued once access to the training has been activated, except in cases of force majeure or technical issues attributable to the platform.

7. Protection of Personal Data

The data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.

8. Liability

The website strives to ensure continuous access to training courses, but cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues. No guarantee of results is given.

9. Termination

The user may terminate their account at any time from their personal space. In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, the website reserves the right to suspend or delete the account without notice.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the instructor’s country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the competent courts will be referred to.
